a) No order will be shipped on holidays.  Purchase may not be processed until the following business day. Business Day is from Monday to Friday.

b) Time and cost of transit vary depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from and can be considerably high of international destinations.

About International Shipping 

a) Slimbelle is not responsible for import duty since each country have its own policies. Our shipping times are guaranteed, however, local customs office in your country can cause delays in the delivery time of your order.

b) International shipping with tracking service.

1.If you want to return it within 7 days, please keep the item in original condition, items which had been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.

2.20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Because slimbelle doesn't sell refurbished or previously owned products

3.For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boxers except when there is a manufacturing defect

Our customer services representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays and vacation)

After the return/exchange request has been authorized,our customer service will send you a Return&Exchange address to you.

Please ship items back to the address we provide to you,please include the order number.You're also responsible for the return shipping charge.
